More questions
How are credits counted? Do they expire?
1 second of 720p video = 40 credits (1080p = 50, 2K = 60). Breakdown and scripts are free. Line edits use your free revision quota first, then are charged per re-generated second. Top-up credits (including bonus) are valid for 12 months; monthly-pack credits roll over for one extra month; trial credits last 30 days. The earliest-expiring credits are used first.
Am I charged if a generation fails or looks bad?
Credits are reserved when you click Generate and only charged for the seconds actually delivered. Failed generations are fully refunded, and automatic QC re-runs are on us.
How many free revisions do I get?
Each project gets max(3, ⌈length ÷ 20s⌉) free clip revisions: 3 for a 60s video, 9 for 3 minutes. After that, a revision costs the seconds re-generated at the normal rate. Caption-only edits are always free.
Can I replicate any ad? Is it infringement?
You replicate structure and pacing, not the ad itself. Lines are rewritten, characters are fictional, and third-party logos and brand names are detected and replaced. Cloning real people's likeness or voice is not allowed.
Can I use the videos commercially and run them as ads?
Yes. You own the output for commercial use, as long as your uploaded materials and product images are yours to use. See the Terms.
How long does a 60-second video take?
The breakdown, script and stills take minutes; video generation depends on queue load. We show a live estimate on each clip.
Which languages are supported?
English and Chinese for the interface; voice-overs and captions in major languages including English, Spanish and Chinese.
Can I get a refund?
Top-ups that are completely unused can be refunded within 14 days. Bonus credits are removed with the refund. Partially used top-ups are not refundable.
Do I need editing skills?
No. You approve stills and lines on a timeline; captions, voice and music are assembled for you.
Does it work on my phone?
You can sign up, pay the $1 trial and paste a link on your phone. We prepare the full storyboard in the background and email you a link to continue on a computer.
