What is AdRecast?
You give us a reference video ad (a link or upload) or pick a template. We map its shots, pacing and hook, write a script for your product, and — after you confirm it — generate a new ad with your product and cast.
How is AdRecast different from other AI ad tools such as Pollo AI or Topview?
Many AI video tools restyle or animate a single clip. AdRecast focuses only on e-commerce ads and rebuilds the full multi-scene ad: you approve the script first, every frame is checked for product accuracy, and you can fix one shot without redoing the rest. Pricing is per generated second, and there is an API and MCP server.
Will my product look accurate?
Your product photos are the reference for every still and shot. Each frame is checked for label, shape and color; failed frames are regenerated before you review them. You can also regenerate any still yourself.
What about rights and likeness?
We copy structure — shots, pacing, hook — not the original footage, brand or people. Only use references you are allowed to learn from. If you upload a real person’s photo you must confirm you have their consent; minors and public figures are blocked.
How does pricing work?
$1 = 100 credits. Video is billed per generated second: 720p 40, 1080p 50, 2K 60 credits per second. Analysis, script and storyboard stills are free, and nothing is charged until you confirm.
Is there an API?
Yes. A REST API and an MCP server run the same flow as the web app — templates, uploads, script, estimate, generate, export — with spend confirmation, budgets and idempotency.
