Unused top-ups
A top-up that has not been used at all can be fully refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Partially used top-ups
Once any credits from a top-up have been used, that top-up is not refundable.
Bonus credits
Bonus credits are not refundable and are removed together with the refunded top-up.
Platform issues
If something goes wrong on our side (for example missing clips or audio out of sync in an export), contact support@adrecast.com; we credit your account and record the reason.
$1 trial
One trial per card. If a card has already been used for a trial, the $1 is refunded automatically.
